3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
4. Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in resalable condition.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
7. Product Information and Health Claims
While we provide information about the traditional uses and potential benefits of our products, these statements have not been evaluated by regulatory authorities. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
